Heine+Beisswenger was founded in Stuttgart by Ferdinand Heine and Eduard Beisswenger in 1901. While the Beisswenger family ended their commitment after just a few years, the history of the company was continued by the generations of the Heine family. As a supporter of our customers, the entire Group works every day on providing customers with materials, services and ideas, making the difference for their products and business models, today and going forward.

Founding of the joint venture Heine+Bleck in Hermsdorf,

Construction of the branch in Trossingen

Construction of the branches in Dieburg, Langenzenn and Elsendorf

Acquisition of the company Otto Prawitt GmbH & Co. KG in Velbert and Plettenberg

2009

Acquisition of the company Bühler Stahl- und Metallservice GmbH & Co. KG in Pforzheim

Acquisition of the company Rotec GmbH in Hermaringen

2014

Subsidiary H+B Hightech GmbH founded in Adelmannsfelden

New location in the docks in Stuttgart

Integration of the subsidiary Bühler Stahl- und Metallservice GmbH & Co. KG as H+B branch Pforzheim
