Our energy management

We actively work on improving our energy efficiency in order to reduce greenhouse gases. This happens within the framework of our ISO 50001 energy management system, which was launched for every location of the Heine+Beisswenger Group in late 2016. As a result, we guarantee a continuous improvement in our energy balance.

Our environmental management

As part of the ECOfit Project of the Rems-Murr District, we first analyzed our impact on the environment and then took effective measures for a better environmental balance. After the successful completion of the ECOfit Project, we introduced an environmental management system on the basis of this knowledge, which is oriented on the ISO 14001 standard. As a result, environmentally relevant savings potential (e.g. energy, water, waste) will be exploited further so that our active contribution to a resource-saving, sustainable working with the environment will grow further.

We are actively committed to working with other companies in Baden-Württemberg in order to meet the high demands we place on ourselves. This is why we are a WIN-Charta certified company. As a result, we are actively committed to ensuring the well-being of our employees, to lowering our emissions and to creating good jobs for the region through continuing successful management.

Our quality management

The Heine+Beisswenger Group insists on quality in every company division. Among other things, this is guaranteed by our ISO 9001 quality management system, which was launched in 1998 and is re-certified regularly. It is part of our integrated management system and takes into account energy efficiency and environmental protection as well as quality assurance.

An important part of our quality management system is the ongoing qualitative improvement of our processes in distribution, warehousing and processing. In this way we are able to guarantee the highest quality for our customers and our employees by keeping processes as efficient as possible and further improving our delivery loyalty. This forms the basis of seamless, professional cooperation.
